Tree color practice

Something a little bit different.
I'm working on my color theory, and I think it's starting to click, so my wife asked me to spend 20 minutes and use nothing but a hard brush to depict a sakura tree on a grassy hill with a stream in the distance. The left one was my first attempt, thinking about color theory. The second one is take two, having a slightly better grasp of color theory.

Sexy Capra Demon

I'm a member of a Dark Souls/Demon's Souls group at Deviantart, and one of our members decided to start reimagining some of the bosses as SEXY.
So here's a SEXY Capra Demon, taking a break after dispatching a couple 'bros.
PSCS5/Painter X3. About 2 hours.

Tweaked the positioning of her arms, revised the legs a bit. Spent most of my time working on the face. Added a valueish background to bring more focus to the face, too.

Same as my Link piece, a more realistic take on princess Zelda.
I don't really know what to do with her hands yet.

Realistic Link?

Not hyper realistic, perse, but a little less cartoony, at least. I tried to keep the shape of the face boyish-looking and slightly pretty.
I'm gonna polish this up at some point. :)
