This is technically a couple of days lumped together, but I didn't draw as much because I got sick.
Anyway, top is a couple head sketches, along with a bit of control drills for myself. The ones labelled 'hand' and 'shoulder' are what I used to draw, respectively.
On the bottom, a couple feet studies. Feet are inching along into the category of "body part I can't draw at all", up there with hands.

Head studies
I think I found my groove! Somewhere between Andrew Loomis and my awesome teacher, Bryan Lee.
These are done with perspective and form in mind.

Hands and some faces
